Terms & Condition

The validity of quotations and/or reservations depends on availability at the time of confirmation and payment. To process the reservation, it is essential to provide a copy of each passenger’s valid passport, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the end of the trip.

1. CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATION

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of USD 100 per person per destination.

This deposit secures your spot on the tour, including:

  • Hotel rooms
  • Cabins on the Nile cruise
  • Domestic flights
  • Transfers and essential services included in the program

Once the deposit is received, your reservation will be formally confirmed.

2. PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the destination, using one of the following options:

  1. Cash (USD issued from 2006 onwards).
  2. Credit card (a 3% additional fee will apply for bank commission).

Online payment link (a 3% additional bank commission will apply).

3. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EMERGENCIES

If the government or airline issues an official travel warning from or to your country of origin or destination, Egypt Latin Tours will offer a full refund of the amount paid.

The safety and well-being of our travelers is our absolute priority, and our policy reflects that commitment.

4. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY (TOUR PACKAGES)

In case of voluntary cancellation by the client, the following conditions will apply:

  • From the reservation date up to 60 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: charges corresponding to non-refundable domestic flights will apply.

Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPECIAL PRODUCTS OR UNIQUE SERVICES

For specific services or customized products, the following conditions apply:

  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total service price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.

6. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Airlines apply their own terms and penalties for both domestic and international flights, which are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time the ticket is issued.

7. CHILDREN PRICE POLICY

  • 0 to 1.11 years: Free
  • 2 to 4.11 years: 25% of the adult price
  • 5 to 10.11 years: 50% of the adult price
  • 11 years and above: Full adult fare

The children’s policy applies only when the child shares a room with their parents (maximum 1 child per room).

8. UNUSED SERVICES

Services not taken, voluntarily canceled, or unused by decision of the passenger are non-refundable.

9. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Services not expressly specified in the program are not included, such as:

  • Tips
  • Hotel extras
  • Beverages not indicated
  • Personal expenses
  • Excess baggage
  • Insurance not specified
  • Additional taxes

10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, immigration permits, vaccinations, and required documentation according to the destination. The agency will not be responsible for immigration refusals or incomplete documentation.

11. EXCHANGE RATE

When the program is quoted in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be the one in effect on the date of payment.

12. SCHEDULES AND MODIFICATIONS

Itineraries, activities, and schedules may be modified due to operational, weather, logistical reasons, or supplier decisions. Changes to flights or transportation made by third parties will not be grounds for refunds.

13. PRESENTATION AND PUNCTUALITY

Passengers must arrive 3 to 4 hours before international flights and 20 minutes before tour meeting points.

14. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

Departure is subject to a minimum number of passengers. If the required number is not reached, the agency will offer available alternatives or rescheduling.

15. SERVICE INTERMEDIATION

The agency acts solely as an intermediary between the passenger and service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators). It will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or situations attributable to third parties.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The agency will not be responsible for modifications or cancellations resulting from pandemics, social conflicts, natural disasters, strikes, government measures, or other events beyond its control.

17. TRAVEL INSURANCE

The passenger is responsible for having adequate travel insurance. If included, it will be governed by the terms of the respective insurance provider.

18. SERVICE ASSIGNMENT

Seat assignments, rooms, or specific locations are subject to availability and supplier policies, with no guarantee of special preferences.

19. ROOM ACCOMMODATION

Rooms are based on double or triple occupancy depending on the program. If a passenger travels alone and no roommate is available, the single supplement must be paid.

20. PASSENGER CONDUCT

The agency will not be responsible for sanctions, fines, expulsions, denial of entry, or deportations resulting from inappropriate passenger conduct.

21. LUGGAGE

Loss, damage, or delay of luggage is the direct responsibility of the airline or corresponding provider.

22. AIR CONNECTIONS

The agency will not be responsible for missed connections resulting from airline delays or cancellations. Any additional expenses incurred will be the passenger’s responsibility.

23. CHANGES DURING THE TRIP

Any modification requested during the trip will be considered an additional service and will be subject to availability and corresponding charges, with no guarantee of refund.

24. LOCAL REGULATIONS

The client accepts that certain destinations may have local, cultural, religious, or governmental regulations that must be respected. The agency will not be responsible for restrictions, limited access, or modifications resulting from non-compliance with these regulations.

25. HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION

The passenger declares that they are in adequate physical and health condition to undertake the trip and the contracted activities, releasing the agency from responsibility related to pre-existing or undeclared medical conditions.

26. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO RATE INCREASES

In the event of increases in taxes, airport fees, fuel costs, or government regulations after the quotation, the agency may adjust the final price with prior notice.

27. USE OF IMAGES

The passenger authorizes the use of images and audiovisual material captured during the trip for promotional purposes by the agency, unless expressly stated otherwise.

28. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by the passenger will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will be used solely for administrative and operational purposes related to the trip.

29. QUOTATION VALIDITY

Rates are subject to change until the moment of confirmation and full payment.

30. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

The agency reserves the right to correct typographical or interpretation errors without this implying liability.

31. TRIP TRANSFER

The trip is personal and non-transferable. Assignment, change, or substitution of passengers is not permitted once the reservation is confirmed, unless expressly authorized by the supplier and subject to applicable charges.

32. ACCEPTANCE

By making the corresponding payment, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above policies, terms, and conditions.
